Description
Yousuf Ultimate Sella XXXL Basmati Rice is the epitome of premium extra-long grain Sella basmati rice. Experience grains that elongate to twice their size upon cooking, remaining separate and intact. Ideal for creating large quantities of Biryani, Zarda, and Pulao.
Cooking Method:
- Rinse thoroughly and soak rice for at least 02 hours.
- Drain out the water.
OPEN PAN:
- Use 4 units of water for 1 unit of rice. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Your rice is now ready to be served.
CLOSED PAN:
- Use 2 units of water for 1 unit of rice. Put measured soaked and washed rice in the pan. Bring to a boil, then cover and let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
