Cooking Method:
- Rinse thoroughly and soak rice for at least 02 hours.
- Drain out the water.
- OPEN PAN: Use 4 units of water for 1 unit of rice. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Your rice is now ready to be served.
- CLOSED PAN: Use 2 units of water for 1 unit of rice. Put measured soaked and washed rice in the pan. Bring to a boil, then cover and let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
